5. Fees and Payment

  • Coaching course fee: R5,250 per individual program
  • Payment is due before commencement of services
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy
  • Additional services may incur separate charges

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific financial results or investment returns. You acknowledge that:

  • All investment decisions are made at your own risk
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

All materials, methods, and content provided during coaching remain our intellectual property. You may not:

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice. Refunds for unused services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to South African law and the jurisdiction of South African courts.

These Terms are governed by South African law. We comply with applicable regulations, including:
